Our Educational Partners

A Word

From Our Managing Director

Dear Parents,

We are proud to be partnering with VKM Educare Foundation as the Operating and Managing Partners of Vihaa International School. Based on the years of collective experience that my team and I have in operating schools, it will be my endeavour to create the best school in Badlapur.

I strongly believe that a good educational institution provides five essential things to every student – a strong academic program, co and extra-curricular activities, a robust sports program, life-skills, and values; and every institution that we work with, incorporates these five elements.

Our team will constantly strive to provide an international standard of education, which will be rooted in Indian values and ethos, so that the people of Badlapur will have access to a quality educational institution that is normally associated with large metros.

Our Activities Partners

Speech and Drama (Helen O’ Grady):

Drama creates many opportunities for language learning and also opportunities for children to experiment with different styles of speaking, creation of sound, movement, gesture and mime.
Kindy Programme designed for children aged 3 and 5 years aims to develop confidence, self-esteem, effective social interaction skills and a sound grounding in early childhood language.
Developmental Drama curriculum for Primary and Secondary students supports each child’s holistic development by developing skills like confidence building, language and communication, creativity, critical thinking, social and emotional well-being and self-esteem.

Sports and Physical Education (Marcos Quay):

At our school, we believe that sports play a crucial role in developing well-rounded individuals with a strong foundation for future success. That’s why we partnered with Marcos Quay, a leading provider of UK-based sports programs, to offer students a structured and engaging experience.
For our pre-primary students, the Smart Start program lays the groundwork for future sports endeavors. This program focuses on developing essential foundational skills like catching, throwing, rolling, balancing, and hand-eye coordination.
Our Active P.E. program, designed for students from Grade 1 onwards, aims to cultivate valuable life skills like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance through engaging drills and exercises. Additionally, students are introduced to a variety of individual and team sports, both indoor and outdoor, fostering a love for physical activity and sportsmanship.

Music (Furtados School of Music):

Learning music fosters academic excellence, boosts cognitive skills, enhances spatial intelligence, and improves focus and memory. Furtados School of Music leads the way in bringing this elevated pedagogy to our school. The Furtados in-school program offers piano and western vocals taught in a fun and engaging environment.

Kalakshetra Dance Academy:

Kalakshetra Dance Academy has partnered with Vihaa International School to empower young minds through the magic of dance. While learning dance styles like Jazz, Ballet, and Funk, students also develop valuable life skills such as respect, hard work, and discipline in a fun and engaging way.

Robotics (RFL Academy):

At Vihaa International School, we recognize the importance of preparing students for a technology-driven future. In collaboration with RFL Academy, we offer a hands-on Robotics program for students from Grade 1 onwards.

This program introduces children to the exciting world of robotics and coding through age-appropriate, interactive modules. Students learn to design, build, and program robots, enhancing their problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, creativity, and teamwork.

By engaging in real-world challenges and projects, students not only develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills but also gain confidence and curiosity to explore innovations of tomorrow.
